Why are some people afraid of public speaking? How do you overcome that fear?

Your need self confidence, many think when ever they speak in public people laugh at them, the believe they are not speaking right thing,you are to know practice makes perfect, if you’re not exposing yourself, you fine it difficult to speak, when would you know if you are right or not, if you are the type, don’t be the first to speak in the public try to listen to other first , my classmate back home in my primary school who who always teach me but anytime the class teacher came in and teach, and asked a question she refused to answer, only said to me say it this way, immediately I said what she told a later fine out that’s right for the answer, because she a shame for people know to mock at her, but if you don’t speak in the public or people don’t laugh at you how can you learn from your mistake how do you know if you are right or not ,

sometime you being the first to tell yourself the true bout your life , speak when other talk, bring out your opinion let know one remain you is your turn to speak , try to feature yourself in one organization if possible take a position , to lead be active to your society , do not believe by talking in many hours is the best, let your action speak more than your voice,

Be proud of yourself who you are, do what we make public interested in your life, allowed yourself to be alive to other.

What is beauty?
How do you know if you look so beautiful, i believe there are two kinds of beauty internal and external beauty when you are looking beautiful, people tell you so cute, sexing lovely telling you different kind of sweet words, when you move or going on your way many people passing by your side looking at you in smoothing mood, tell you to your face you look so beautiful, you continue thinking in your mind , you are now the top trying to bring out your face, admire yourself, that means you are processing external beauty, you looking so admired by people around you, you know the kind of beauty you have, looking your self at mirror, people around you become your standing mirror
My friends always tell I look so beautiful, but don’t notice such. this happen to me at the age of 18 to 25 years old, in the beginning, of that stay i do not really believe of my beauty so far until friends started telling me both men and women, black and white, anyplace I step my feet people tell me the same thing, a severe time many stop me on my way a compliment to my parent, i became proud of my beauty, along the line something horrible happen to me,( to GOD BE THY GLORY IM STILL ALIVE TODAY.) that is another story of my life to tell, in the next step. even those people still seeing my beauty today, i believe not ask before.

the second beauty is internal beauty, many people who have external beauty do not have this internal beauty before you get someone who has both, it very few and real

this kind of beauty occurred in your character you process out to people you meet with or around your environment your inter mind, the character you process to people, many of us carrying out an ugly face, but due to their character they process, in a good manner, you see them became beauty, you would be very beautiful to people , people like to see you in their mist, having good manner of approaching to people, with this no one see you to an ugly person , your ugliness is not more see by anyone that close to you, anyone that close to you like to live with you, even those that see you outside, still seeing your ugliness, this beauty can be noticed by your close ones, not outsider,

These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
