LUTH Successfully Delivered A 68 Years Old Woman Of A Twin. Lagos state university teaching hospital (LUTH) has successfully delivered a sixty- eight(68) years old primigravida( pregnant for the first time) with two( a male and female) pregnancy following an IVF conception. She was delivered through an elective Caesarean section at 37 weeks gestation on Tuesday 14th April 2020. This is the first in LUTH, Nigeria and Africa. Mothers and babies are doing well.

Yes, I lost my younger sister in 1994, she was 10yrs old, she went to school on that faithful morning she came home sick with high temperature, my mother travel to the village market, after the market day she stays behind to work in village farm to bring some items to support food, my father is not earning much,
this is way stand by waiting for arriver from the school looking from the window for her to come back home.
My late sister is an ebony black beauty and active, I have four brothers and three sisters including my late sister, my father came back from work the very day, the next morning she took my sister to the hospital just for a check-up. by evening my father came back from the hospital, I see to hear a different thing he told me my sister is admitted in the hospital, the doctor confirms she has been sickness called meningitis, the next morning very early I travel to the village to call my mother, I meet her up in the farm by giving her the message, she quickly asks daughter what bring you down to the village, poor woman she was rooting cassava to bring to the city for the family to survive, she drops everything immediately to come straight to the city, get home just quickly take her shower and collect few things to the hospital, later in the evening my father came back home to say the confirm her admitted on that hospital my mother as to stay by her.
during that time there is no self phone to call, the hospial far away you to need to pay for transport to visit the hospital Meningitis is a bad sickness, you need to see my sister after three weeks, illness is very bad evil and just like testify who can to kill and destroy, meningitis is very bad sick I know that all sick is back, pray for God to take control, everyone was we my mother in prayer, my mother ,small trader, not even enough for the family to survive for living, my parents spend a lot before she pass by, everyones know in africa you spend for treatment no free treatment, I tell you my belover, it too hard for me to forget, after three weeks she is dicharge from hospital, the drama could not stop there my parent contieue spend to find treatment for her to savive, from one church to another, here and there my parent borrow money from everywhere my mother also sell most valuable things ,she has lelf with nothing, in Africa no free treatment, changing different hospital and various treatment, my lovely sister go away just like a dream to everyone in the family my mother sufer alot to regain bact a little.
My pain today when I remember the beauty and active and sees her age mate today I always said oh, by now she would grow up as big
